Our goal is to be the biggest Magic / Entertainment related auction site on the web. We know that there are many other sites out there that are doing business. We have placed many of our own items on those sites and were very unhappy with the customer service and the way we were treated. We are customer service oriented and unlike the others we are willing to even give you our business office number to be here for you. None of this email only stuff.. We know it is important to talk to a human being from time to time. Our business hours are Monday - Saturday 10 AM - 5 PM EST. All we ask is that if you do need to contact us you do so during those business hours.

Our auctions end Monday nights at 10:00 PM EST - days before the other sites.
